We’re dying over this colorful cloud of paper lanterns in little Louise’s nursery, designed by interior decorator Estelle Williot.
To gather your paper decorations in a very tight cluster, you can use several small hooks and fine white thread or fishing line. You can start by hanging big items at various heights then the smaller lanterns. Fill in the gaps with pompoms and honeycomb balls.

Here are some tips if you want to recreate the same in your home:
- Hang first the biggest paper lantern 35cm or 50cm. You can use an electric frame with bulb to hang it (can be found at IKEA or DIY stores). Make sure to place the bulb in the very center of the lantern for safety reasons.
- Use the mall hook in “c” shape at the top of the lantern’s metallic structure to secure the electric cord. Only the central lantern can be lit. Do not hang all the other paper lanterns on the electric frame. It is better to use small hooks screwed directly in the ceiling (or strong tape for the small items).
- Use fishing line. It is transparent and you can easily adjust the string.

We’ve have created a special party backdrop with our delicate paper tissue pompoms.
Just perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony, a baby shower or a sweet birthday party.
We used the following paper pompoms for this paper flowers backdrop:
- 4 pompoms – 40cm – vintage rose
- 2 pompoms – 40cm – white
- 1 pompom– 40cm – summer peach
- 2 pompoms – 25cm – vanilla cream
- 1 pompoms – 25cm – vintage rose
- 1 pompom – 25cm – white
- 1 pompom – 25cm- summer peach
You can mix all the colors! Here are some advice to create the flowers and hang them:
- Assemble one big and one small pompom
- Fluff only one side of the bigger pompom so that you can hang it on a wall
- Same thing for the smaller one to be placed in the center of the bigger pompom
- Fix the small pompom to the big pompom with its little string.
- Hang your flower on the wall with the biggest pompom’s string.
- Use a small hook or masking-tape to fix the string on the wall

What a beautiful day it was for this elegant couple who tied the knot in the exclusive French resort of Megève.
Celestina Agostino created the perfect gown for a winter wedding, using delicate lace and contrasting long sleeves with a halterneck. “I had planned not to wear a coat on my dress, but looking at the weather forecast a few days before the wedding I realized I needed something… one of my best friend’s moms saved me with a white mink cape that she wore for her own wedding!” shares the bride.
Her chignon was perfectly executed by Roméo, her go-to hair stylist in Megève, with a few Christmas roses and gypsophila. We’re dying for the cute little white calfskin boots (Tod’s). “I needed stable shoes to walk in the snow, but with heels as I am so short!”
The bridesmaids are classy in alpine green gowns with simple pine crowns on their hair.
The groom in a three piece suit specially made at Louis Purple, wore a chic and warm Moncler winter jacket on top, and a dark green bow tie matching his best men. And our heart went boom for the adorable flower girls, dressed as super chic skiers…
After a snowy religious ceremony, the party took place in the famous Auberge de la Côte 2000, a beautiful wooden cabin directly located on the ski slopes. The pine nut fil-rouge was used throughout to decorate the venue for a cozy and seasonal finish. What a great idea to use simple pine trees to decorate the inside of the dinner tent!
